Refunds Policy
Medication returns
Pharmaceutical products, once dispensed, cannot be returned for credit or refund, except in cases of consumer-level medication recalls. Stringent legislative measures govern the production and storage of medications across manufacturers, wholesalers, and pharmacies. Once medication has been dispensed, its storage conditions cannot be guaranteed, potentially risking product tampering. Hence, we regretfully cannot accept returns of dispensed pharmaceutical products.
Refunds
We will issue a refund to a customer as mandated by the Australian Consumer Law. If a refund is necessary, we will reimburse you using the same method as the original purchase (e.g., credit card refund for a credit card transaction).
